Book your car and receive your 6-digit access code via email or sms 15 mintues before the beginning of your rental.

Enter your 6-digit access code into the PIN Pad to lock or unlock the car. The PIN Pad is located on the driver's side of the car's windscreen.

If your access code has been accepted, the PIN Pad will light up GREEN. If you did not enter the code correctly, the PIN pad will light up RED. In that case please enter your access code again*.
*If the code is entered incorrectly 2 times or more the PIN Pad will automatically be blocked for 30 seconds.
Good to Know
Instead of entering your access code you can press '0' for a few seconds to lock the car.
Do you still have a Hertz 24/7 token that you would like to keep using? No problem. Just swipe your token over the Pin Pad to lock or unlock the vehicle's doors.
